Fit Mom Life Hydrolyzed Collagen seems to be an okay product judging by the reviews that I’ve read on Amazon. I must say that I’m a bit confused about this product because the manufacturer claims that is great for joint pain and yet the product only contains type I and type III collagen. Study have shown that the most effective collagen when it comes to joint pain as type II collagen. Therefore, it’s a bit confusing when I see company saying that it’s great for joint pain but it doesn’t contain the collagen necessary for joint pain.

Nonetheless I read the reviews and some people actually have said that this product has helped them get rid of some of the joint pain that they were having. But in my honest opinion if you’re taking collagen for joint pain I highly suggest you seek a product which caters to type II collagen. This is the type of collagen that helps rebuild your cartilage as well as your tendons and ligaments. Type II collagen has been also shown to help with arthritis and osteoporosis.

One of the things that I really don’t like about Fit Mom Life Hydrolyzed Collagen is the fact that they list Brazil as one of the sources of their collagen. With all the diseases going on in Brazil I don’t think any manufacturer should be getting any type of food products from over there. This is probably one of the biggest things that I don’t like about this product. This is why we heavily promote the Skinade brand of collagen due to the fact that it’s a marine-based collagen which is manufactured in the UK. They are one of the very few companies that DONT get their collagen from Brazil.

Besides the two reasons listed above this product seems to be a decent collagen product and I haven’t seen too many complaints on Amazon about the product. The company also has a 100% moneyback guarantee if you’re not satisfied with product.
